    NOTE TO SGUSOM STUDENTS

    After your payment is processed, Shennel Boca maintains the SGUSOM Prague Selective student registration list. She is your Prague Selective campus contact. Before leaving for Prague, ALL SGU STUDENTS MUST CHECK IN WITH SHENNEL TO FILL OUT THE SGU REGISTRAR FORM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE TRANSCRIPT CREDIT FOR THE COURSE. This shall be subject to selective directors approval after completion of the course.
    The school also provides financial aid to cover fees and expenses for the Selective.  For further information, please contact:

    Your tuition payment is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.​

    FOLLOWING REGISTRATION
    Once we receive your tuition, we will email you confirming your place in the program and will send you further instructions regarding arrival and check-in. We will also request personal information that the hospitals need, including your DOB, exact name and exact address of your medical school, your passport country of issue and passport number, and confirmation of accident travel insurance during your stay in the Czech Republic.
